As Partner of Geneva's National Multi-Family Division, Steve manages and oversees the acquisition and financing of Multi-Family opportunities in high-growth markets. Steve is responsible for facilitating and increasing partner relationships with lenders, principals, and brokers to continue to enable Geneva to effectively source and efficiently close on selected assets. Post acquisition, Steve works closely with Geneva's asset and property managers to ensure each property continues to meet Geneva's expectations.
Steve joined Geneva as Vice President of Acquisitions, sourcing retail and office properties. Steve brings to Geneva several years of acquisitions and real estate management experience with both domestic and foreign dealings and has been involved in over $100 million worth of real estate transactions to date.
Precedent to working with Geneva, Steve was the Managing Partner of a successful Minneapolis based brokerage firm. Steve holds a brokerage license in the state of Minnesota and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bethel University in Shoreview, MN.
