As Partner, Julie is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Geneva’s value-add portfolio. She is actively involved in budget and cost control management, as well as ensuring property level revenue growth. Julie works closely with Geneva’s asset and property managers to ensure each property continues to meet Geneva’s expectations.
Julie has an established tenure in leading strategic planning, business development initiatives and mergers and acquisitions in healthcare organizations, the medical technology industry and real estate sectors.
Previous to working with Geneva, Julie was the Managing Partner of Financial Freedom Investments, LLC and JPL Investments, LLC and has been involved in over $62 million worth of real estate transactions.
Julie Lonergan has a bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Business and received her Masters in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
